The name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses you give us; the orders you place; and the messages you send us. Nothing else.
Why we hold it
To take your order, deliver it, answer you when you write, and keep the records a business is required to keep about a sale.
Payment details
Orders settle from your account balance on this site. We do not see or store card numbers.
Who else sees it
The courier gets the delivery address, because otherwise the parcel does not arrive. Nobody else gets anything unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say which.

Once a month, at most
Product photographs are for illustration and colours can vary between screens. Stock and prices can change while an item is in your basket — the price confirmed at checkout is the one that applies, and any delivery charge is worked out there too.
