Cookies
The short version: enough to keep you signed in and remember your basket.

Strictly necessary
A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which basket is yours. Without these the shop cannot work, so they are not optional.
Preferences
Your light or dark choice, and your currency if the shop offers more than one. These only ever live in your own browser.
Analytics
If the shop has analytics enabled, an anonymous record of which pages are visited. It carries no name, no email and no order.
Turning them off
Your browser can block or clear any of them. Blocking the necessary ones will sign you out and empty your basket, which is the trade.
A short list, chosen slowly. Ten things we would own ourselves.
Once a month, at most
Product photographs are for illustration and colours can vary between screens. Stock and prices can change while an item is in your basket — the price confirmed at checkout is the one that applies, and any delivery charge is worked out there too.
